As someone who has laid off/fired hundreds of people I am going to need to hear the rest of the story.

Almost seems like there's certain groups of people that you'd be better of not letting through the hiring process in the first place.







Of course I mean employees who do not love their jobs and would rather be working somewhere else.

There's gotta be more to this story.

Not only does the historic judgment itself encourage early lawsuit retirement, but this lady went around encouraging her black coworkers to give it a shot too. I don't feel bad for FedEx or any woke corporation that partakes in "racial equity". There is literally no penalty for BSing a lawsuit, other than not winning.
