I think the issue in Pa is that a bunch of their voters (whether legal or not) are, unsurprisingly, really dumb and lazy. This is part of the reason getting rid of straight ticket voting helps the GOP in Texas (and it is not unconstitutional/racist/sexist/homophobic/hateful/a hammer attack to discriminate against the lazy). The batches they print out to hand in by 2am as though they had been mailed in yesterday, but miraculously all have no creases/folds/postmarks etc., those will have clear dates.

Big picture: the Fetterman lawsuit is just to give early coverage to the cry of 'count every (fraudulent) vote (until the Democrat wins)' nationally. They don't care about those 10K, specifically.

Absolutely, but the issue is what the communists in maricopa county will pull, overnight.

I'll believe nothing tonight about any battleground states, unless the GOP controls the counting and somehow it is confirmed they aren't using dominion etc. at all, or an obama-judge type of judicial oversight. Outside of the Oklahoma Governor's race, not sure any will qualify for celebration.

It's red until the ballot printer goes BRRRRRRR.

Voted in AZ this morning at 6:30am. I had to wait in line about 15 min, not too bad. Two people in front of me had issues w/ the scanners reading their ballots. I didn't have any issue.

Yeah, some elaboration is required. I assume that because they say "dated" that means something the voter themselves had to write, and not "postmarked" or they would have said so, but that is only an assumption on my part and could be due to lazy and/or purposely incomplete reporting.

That was awesome. That clip from 1983 of a former CIA officer explaining how they would craft narratives by singling out certain journalists comes to mind. As media has consolidated over the decades, all they would have to do to control the narrative is go closer and closer to the top...and they can cast a much wider net.

Until both sides en masse reject all corporate media, it will never stop. Great that she's calling so much attention to it.

Outside envelope needs to be dated by the voter under PA state law. But once the ballot is separated from that envelope, no way of tracing it back. IOW, it will be counted anyway even though it is an illegal vote.
