Zerohedge is quoting the AP article confirming US military weapons inspectors are in the Ukraine… yes i missed the other thread but that doesn't make this incorrect.

It's referring to the reestablishment of the defense attache and defense cooperation offices at the US embassy in Kiev. It's a handful of servicemen and there are the same offices in almost every US embassy around the world. They were sent home when the war started and just now returned to resume normal business.

"U.S. personnel have recently resumed on-site inspections to assess weapon stocks in country whenever and wherever the security conditions allow." The official said, "the return of our defense attache and Office of Defense Cooperation personnel in country has allowed us to resume this critical function."
