If you want to get real specific, the lawhas defined an unborn child as a person already through murder statutes.

I also find it sad at how if you were to take an egg out of the nest of a bald eagle or sea tutle and smash it, you are gointo jail for several years and pay a hefty fine. But stick a coathanger up a woman's cervix and dismember a fetus (and we know that the unborn child attempts to get away and can feel pain) then all of a sudden it is "a womans right!"
