Two tier justice

Any trial in DC will never convict a Democrat, and will always convict a Republican, regardless of the actual facts of either case.

Seems like Durham was simultaneously arguing that Danchenko's lies were serious matters, while also arguing the FBI knew he was lying and had ulterior motives for running with it.

It is impossible to get a fair trial that benefits conservatives in DC federal courts. It is the jury pool that is the issue.

It's time to change federal court juries to be drawn from all 50 states no matter where a case is tried.

This is horrific. There is NO accountability for left wing FBI bs in DC. At all.

Just had to fill out a questionnaire for a federal jury. Well I wonder how they'll feel when I tell them I wouldn't convict if there was federal law enforcement involved? Because you can't research these cases and the officers involved I have to rely on their reputation as part of the basis for their authority. Sorry that's totally gone. Nothing they say on the stand can be trusted. Sorry, you did it to yourselves. Consent of the governed is slowly but surely being withdrawn.

Compare this to how they treated Flynn for "lying to the FBI".

It's honestly pretty depressing what has happened to DC. They are no better than communist China or the old USSR.

A jury member in the Sussman case flat-out said they nullified. Likely the same happened here.

When that traitor Jim Comey said on TV that no rational prosecutor would charge Hilldawg for her string of very obvious felonies, I assumed it was because no DA wanted to get Arkancided for bringing charges against her.

Maybe he also meant that blue state juries and grand juries would help out their dem compatriots that got busted trying to take down Trump.

If you are surprised by the verdict, you are either naive or ignorant. Evil presently has a powerful upper hand. Durham's activities would have been shuttered long ago if the DOJ had any fear of his investigation producing convictions. The swamp remains undefeated against him.

DC where Sussmann was acquitted voted 95% for Biden. Alexandria VA, where this one was held, was 82% for Biden. The trials must be moved because you cannot find one honest jury in either place with pools like that. Especially with the activist judges likely in either place.

Next President needs to move the FBI headquarters to Edmond Oklahoma.

The judge threw out one of the counts before it went to the jury, and reserved the right to throw out the rest later. The judge was a W appointee.
