You seem confused. They are trying to get attention. Defacing a well known work of art gets them attention. "Let's see them try that in West Texas" sounds nice but makes no sense. They wouldn't get headlines throwing soup on an oil well or your F250. I hope that helps.

I'd love to see the museum director come out and radio for 'code 6' and then a group comes out in hazmat suits and spreads a drop cloth around them, followed by an EMS team. Then a big guy with a chainsaw comes in and walks toward them. They'd **** their pants and ripped their hands from the wall in fear. Then I'd post that video online.

1) there must have been a conspiracy, i.e. security was in on it/compromised otherwise would not have made it through the metal detectors. Also, the cameras were rolling right when it was going down, so the news outlet got an exclusive for their help.

2) being naked would be no problem for either of those people as they feel zero shame for attempting to ruin a priceless work of art--by extension they do not operate out of a fear of being shamed.
