Met him once. He was jogging in the dfw area in his gated community. I unfortunately mentioned to the guy I was working with "oh that's Herschel walker, wow!" And the guy I was with had no clue. My dumbass said that he was one of the greatest running backs in history.

The guy I was working with then stopped him during his jog but Herschel was the kindest and nicest. They took selfies together and I Herschel a head nod/apology as he went along with his workout.

He might have had mental problems before but after college it seems he is sound and a wonderful human.
