Governor Abbott needs to do this with that fool Beto, and expose what he is behind all the Media's attempted glossing.

However, she is over-bold to let them choose the moderator and even write the questions. Praise for her confidence, and maybe she is ready for it, but we saw how Wallace was able to sabotage the first Presidential debate on Sep 29, 2020. And the same thing happened with Romney in 2012.

Moderator interference can be a big thing -- but if she is not worried about it and loaded for bear, so be it.

This is a bad idea for Abbott because he is a good debater but not confrontational enough. He also has a big lead and it's his race to lose.

It's brilliant for Lake because she spent her career as a broadcaster. She knows how to present herself and how to confront. She knows how to make a biased interviewer/moderator look foolish. Her opponent is also not a great speaker and is not dynamic, she's basically trying to go into hiding Biden style and let the media run her campaign for her.

Debates are a bad idea when you are practically guaranteed to win already.

Those two going head to head would change no one's mind. Beta would get up there and just scream and cry and spew dramatic emotional nonsense - the exact sort of thing his already existing base fawns over.

BTW, this ad will be even more effective with women than men. Stuff like this makes my wife go all "You go Girl!" Confidence is an incredibly attractive trait.

She was TV newswoman for years before pivoting to politics. She's polished. Went toe to toe with Brett Baier and didn't allow him to steamroll her.

First off Arizona was basically as even as it could possibly be even if you trust the vote count. Second, she can absolutely win because she is a very well known person in Arizona and she drives tremendous energy with her base. She's down a little bit in the polls but that's to be expected after a tough primary battle. I certainly wouldn't bet against her.

Had computer experts watching the primaries like hawks and then just volunteers who would tailgate around drop boxes with their phones all out to detert ballot harvesting and stacks of ballots being dropped off in the middle of the night, etc.

Don't have confirmation but my instincts tell me she also had people watching the post office and Runbeck Election Systems too. Had people on the inside reporting to the campaign.

Hobbs tried to find a way to call the race against her, even suspending the count for a few days to manufacture more mail in ballots but that was apparently thwarted. That's why I believe she had people in the post office and Runbeck.

She did in fact have people who were stationed around PHX and Tucson at various drop boxes around the clock camped out watching for fraud ballot deliveries that were noticeable.

Lake is supposedly one of those "wEaK tRuMp" candidates.

Kari was part of the media for 30 years she knows how questions will be framed she's on top of this that's why she has the courage to know how to do this and that's why Karen Hobbs will probably more than likely not do debates
