When you see all the stuff going on involving the DOJ... the corruption, targeting Trump, the IRS getting thousands of agents who are comfortable with using 'deadly force', the ATF gearing up for expanded gun control... look at what Garland is doing. Look at him lying through his teeth (poorly), look at his presiding over, and approving, these Constitutional abuses. Then, think that Obozo wanted him on the highest court in our country... and the Republicans stopped it. Garland would have made Sotomayor look competent.

I think this is unreasonably dismissive. He was the selection of the sitting President and was just unlucky about timing. Even still, the RINO's probably came close to caving cuz that's what they do.

So yeah, this tool almost was on SCOTUS and almost surely has a personal vendetta of revenge because of what was taken from him.

There should be an investigation into how someone who abuses the constitution could have been nominated by Obama for Supreme Court Justice.
