Walking through my living room and I hear them talking about new images of Jupiter from the new telescope.

I stop, take a look, because those are pretty cool images.

The morning crew come back on the screen (blonde and two white dudes) and she says---- and I quote:

"Did you know that Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system? Ya, if Jupiter was a basketball the earth would be like a grape."

The two dudes with her say "No.... I did not know that...."

These are the dumbest doe eyed mouth breathers on the planet.

FWIW, I don't see where the claim that the sun was a planet was made. Only that it is in fact larger than Jupiter.

Yes, but he never categorized the Sun as a planet. He just made the independent statement that the Sun is bigger than Jupiter, for what it is worth. I understand the original category was planets but he apparently expanded it to all celestial bodies in the solar system.

I learned a few years ago that all the imagery that NASA's probes send back to earth are in black and white and colors are added after they are received. I always wondered how the imaging specialists knew what colors looked right, and the only conclusion I reached was them at they had to ask their wives. I always have to ask my wife about colors.
