I said that. I also believes the prosecutors will have him properly prepped by the time he hits the stand.74OA said:Not just show up and testify, he has to testify truthfully.HTownAg98 said:Ags77 said:74OA said:
Judge threatens Weisselberg. 15 YEARS?
That guy can't make 15 years
If he tells the truth, he's likely only looking at three months. The 15 years would likely only happen if he refuses to testify.
From the judge's perspective, that means if he attempts to deviate in court from what he has provided in discovery, his plea deal goes out the window.
Which was a complete lie.jkc001 said:
I think what you're referring to was Comey's testimony that Hillary Clinton had been "extremely careless" in handling classified information but had committed no crime. I know it won't make much difference to F16 however, unless you're thinking of something else, that's what was said.

You could probably charge 90% of the country for not reporting gifts as income to the IRS.
Are you saying that 90% of the country (or is that 90% of taxpayers?) are receiving gifts every year that are over $16,000?
Where do I get mine?

I find you (not just your name) to be offensive, but I see no reason to tell everyone about it. What do think you have to gain by making the accusation?Philip J Fry said:Watermelon Man said:You do know there is an exclusion limit (currently $16,000) per year on gifts, right?Yesterday said:

First, I find your username offensive.
Second, anyone throwing this guy to the wolves should step back and think about Gen Flynn before assuming he's actually guilty.
