At this point, it doesn't seem like going from "Sir, we need you to give us your phone" to "Sir, we need you to give us your phone… and we need you to come with us" is that far of a leap.

Voters? That implies our votes are actually counted AND there aren't sacks of fake ballots distributed where/when they (D) need them, courtesy of US Postal Service.

IMHO, voting is the least effective measure - I have zero confidence in the voting process. I'm still going to vote, it's my civic duty, but to me, it won't count.

Dumb question I know, but in situations like this, do they give the phone back after copyiing it? Think of what a pain in the --- it must be for an official to not have all the contacts and latest texting they were doing handy? Its bad enough in ordinary lives how disruptive it can be when lost unexpectedly.
