Then move somewhere where they don't need leaf blowers.frenchtoast said:
I saw that Seattle story this morning and got a laugh. With all the problems they have, they focus on this. On the other hand, I hate noisy leaf blowers and wouldn't hate seeing them go away forever.
Agreed. I like mine, but with my corner lot, sometimes I need to use two batteries. There is no way it is a viable option for professional lawn services.lb3 said:
My eGO battery powered leaf blower is the best leaf blower I've ever owned. Stronger than my old echo, needs no oil mixed with gas, is significantly quieter, I don't smell like gas after using it, no carburetor to rebuild, no worries about finding ethanol free gas, no spark plugs to gap, clean, replace, etc…
Look here, Sparky. I ain't hand sweeping my corner lot of sidewalks in 100 degree heat. I'm getting too old for that crap.MemphisAg1 said:

Just get rid of the trees in dallas
sounds like the electric blowers were most successful where there are the fewest trees...Quote:
The city's staff in a pilot program indicated that the electric leaf blowers were not sufficient for an area like White Rock Lake. However, the city says it has used electric blowers for three years in downtown successfully.
I would never dictate their commercial use but the technology is superior for residential use.Tramp96 said:Agreed. I like mine, but with my corner lot, sometimes I need to use two batteries. There is no way it is a viable option for professional lawn services.lb3 said:
