I'm kind of torn on this.
We all know this depiction of Russia is not reality.
I do have to give them credit though for this propaganda video.

They manage to touch on most of the problems Americans and Europeans are facing in a way that is in your face yet subtle at the same time, then reshaping it to their own agenda.

This is what makes it good propaganda. To be effective, propaganda needs to have some truth in it to resonate with the audience. Two parts sugar one part poison. If they can get your head nodding on the 2 nice things, you will be more likely to want to go along with that third thing that deep inside makes you a little queasy.

The Russians are closer to us culturally than the Chinese and they know very well our political problems, they amplify the signal of provocative ultra-leftists and they do the same on the other fringe which they have whipped uip into a state of nihilistic despair and hatred for our own country. The fact we are ruled by gerontocratic sociopaths is making their job of sowing doubt and despair fairly easy.

Was creepy when they showed pre-teen girls and the voice-over said "beautiful women".

Of course, the voice over was creepy all the way through. Sounded like he was commanding us to move, not asking.

I'm sure there are other Russia affiliated accounts with the video but here is at least one confirmed account.

Now the people that made it very well may be the same people from Russia using 4chan and similar sites, that would not surprise me one bit.

BTW when I say I'm torn, I find it hard to ever give what I consider my enemy credit for anything.
In this case it's so ludicrous but at the same time I can see how it could be effective to a disaffected portion of the population.
