For a first time offense, if there are no injuries, I like that type of punishment.

You get a hard and expensive slap on the wrist. I'd argue for that fine too be upwards of $10,000. BUT you keep a clean driving record for the next few years NEVER get caught intoxicated it goes away entirely.

Okay, let me say what the definition of that means in legal circles. That is the term for language inserted into contracts, warranties, safety warnings on products, TOS for social media, etc. Language to keep from being sued.

Prosecutors being sued is not on the menu for filing charges.

Prosecutors using "boilerplate" in criminal charges, in relation to a tox and blood report, is not "boilerplate." it has to be specific, else it fails.
