The overwhelming majority of infected people in the western world got it from sexual contact. And yes, making out is included in that from a medical perspective with respect to this disease.

Those few who didn't are mostly in childcare and caring for small children with lots of secretion/bodily fluid contact.

Monkeypox started the same way that covid started. Some bizarre story of an outbreak at two different gay festivals in Europe. Has spread worldwide with ever increasing media hysteria.

With covid it was the wet markets and bat soup. Everybody loved to talk about the conditions at a wet market like they've been to one and know how they are.

People gave detailed scenarios about how the virus jumped from pangolin to bat to human.

And everybody lapped it up like dairy queen gravy.

So before we go all crazy with this monkeypox, let's remember all that.

How are the small children getting it?


It's been documented both ways (caregiver to child, and child to caregiver). Children who get it either get it from other caregivers or other children (who themselves likely got it from other caregivers). Ultimately the reservoir is close contact between adults, usually sexual, with children occasionally being an incidental vector because they are the other most likely way people have prolonged close contact with other humans and their bodily fluids.

I might as well post this before all of the "stigma" "homophobia" and deflecting starts.


We all know this is not a "gay disease".
We also know anyone can get it and it's not just through sexual contact.

Those facts are important but there are so many people ignoring the other facts as to not hurt some gay guy's feelings or make him feel bad about his chosen lifestyle.

The overwhelming majority of cases are spread via sexual contact in the gay male community.
I know some of you wish it was MAGA rallies or the Catholic church but it's not.

Also we have no idea if the "women" that have the virus are actually women at this point because we pretend some men are women now.

Just like HIV AIDS the lack of sexual restraint in the gay male community will spread this virus far and wide.

It will jump to *****s and prostitutes.
Victims of sexual assault including children.
Spouses of married men who are totally straight but happen to have sex with men.

I would bet from there it spreads through the junkies as well. I'm not sure how sharing of needles and glass pipes will aid transmission but I bet it's a factor.

The ONLY solution being presented is "Get the vaccine" Oh and go out and have sex but hide your sores.
But let's not stigmatize and shame people for their risky behavior we should celebrate that.

I can't say this enough or loud enough.

Every single child case should be investigated as a potential sexual abuse case up until the point the virus is wide spread in the general populace.
