Wrong. Biological sex equals gender 100% of the time. They are synonymous. I'm sure there are some people out there who are mentally ill and believe that they are not what they are, but that doesn't mean anything other than that they are mentally ill. If I really and truly believe that I am a tree and identify as a tree, that just means I am mentally ill, and it is a perfect logical equivalent to a man identifying as a woman or vice versa. You can't be what you're not, and in a sane world not run by far-left fascists, nobody should be required to say that you are what you're not.

The only extraordinarily rare semi-exception to this hard and fast rule is hermaphrodites that result from freak genetic mutation, but even then they have chromosomes that define what they are. There is an even more extraordinarily rare instance where a hermaphrodite can have both male and female chromosomes, but this is like 1 out of tens of millions of people. We don't define reality and make policy based on ultra extraordinarily rare cases of things.

We can literally measure light and determine if it's red or orange. There's standards and definitions. You can break it down to the components of RGB or CMYK.

It matters because even if people perceive colors differently, you can always compare it to the standard and determine what it is.
