DOJ claims it will step up enforcement of the grotesque Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACES) Act. This is the same DOJ that allows pro-aborts to literally block the entrances to the homes of Supreme Court justices.

As I've said, I am not a lawyer, but in light of Dobbs, it is doubtful that carving out special federal protection for abortion clinics and not for any other business will survive a challenge.

I don't understand this. Where does this ruling hinder someones right to reproduce? All it effects is the outcome of the reproductive act. Basically, the consequences of poor choices.

I recall when the Crisis Pregnancy Center in BCS changed their name to Hope Pregnancy Center. Then I heard on the news of an abortion clinic in Louisiana called Hope something or other. Methinks this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

FYI, a special task force is not needed. If "reproductive rights" are actually a civil right, there's an entire division in DOJ addressing only those. Civil Rights Division.

Garland directs OLC to write an opinion saying abortion is a right and voila, Civil Rights Division is invoked.

"Constitutionally protected right." Um, no it isn't DEAR. And isn't this something, just one more example of the war that is taking place right before us. A Justice Department that is defying one of our arms of government. Unbelievable. All of this is coming to a head and boy, November is going to be a slaughterhouse, and the left won't like it. That's my prediction.
