I would have immediately asked what he thinks of the Swiss. They have more civilians with former military rifles per capita than us by far, and state/national sponsorship of annual shooting competitions. Then Israeli's.

Then I'd have asked what he thinks of the plight of the Iranian, Chinese, North Korean, Cuban, and Venezuelan people that are disarmed, and if his family had lost any members who went to help the disarmed French/German peoples in the 40's...
