If you have a problem with prostitutes near a church you must be unfamiliar with my man Jesus Christ
Perhaps, but we as men drive the train here. Without demand from men, women wouldn't be forced to engage legally or illegally, victimized or not.Definitely Not A Cop said:Keller6Ag91 said:Except that most of the women involved in prostitution are victims and caught up in a practice they can barely escape.Teslag said:
Prostitution should be legal everywhere. Business between two consenting adults should never be regulated by the government.
The "2 consenting adults" is myth.
Ministries like the Net in Fort Worth with compassionate citizens and Churches are bridging the gap and are being a lifeline to the women (truly victims) and reaching out to the men that are requiring paid sex.

Looking at Europe, I don't think legalization reduces the sex slave stuff either way. It's about the same from what I recall. But I think that legalization at least gives the victims more leeway to report the aholes in the world.
You would really need to require legal brothels zoned with irregular health code inspections and require they are all full time employees for it to ever be close to a non-shady industry. Otherwisethe worst people in society will continue to use and dispose of girls, regardless of whether it's legal or not.
LOL. Nice troll job.Keeper of The Spirits said:

Oh, you'd have to go back about 5 years and at least 4 usernames to find out what he's into. I think it was on the GB but it was an epic deep dive shall we say.DrEvazanPhD said:Teslag said:

Figure a rich Tesla owner would go for escorts, not streetwalkers

If two consenting adult men bet $10,000 each to have a knife fight to the death in the privacy of their own bedroom, should the government have nothing to say about this?

Should we allow prostitutes to loiter near schools and churches? Should you be allowed to publicly solicit sexual business?
Seems like a pretty stupid idea to me.

The legal tug and rub in theory would save a lot of marriages from divorce. Since God made men to desire relations longer than married women by age, the legalization of the convenient release would help out those willing to look past the vow of marriage.
Just think, pulling into the strip center just outside the neighborhood, walking into a once upon a time Subway, but now we are talking about the hypothetical footlong. There is a flat fee and anything over the time limit is added.
When it is too hot to fish, too hot for golf, and too cold at home....... Just saying it could save a marriage.
We have limits on alcohol and sexually oriented businesses when it comes to schools. I don't see why there can't be the same limits with prostitution. At the end of the day, the difference between a prostitute and banging a chick you met at the bar is the money exchanged. Let's be honest...if Uncle Sam could easily get their cut, this wouldn't even be an issue.Kvetch said:Teslag said:

There are radio ads and billboards all over Houston for strip clubs and toy shops. How is this any different?Quote:

Bold take...all women are prostitutes.itsyourboypookie said:
BTW men have been over paying for sex for years. Just look at all the mansions, fancy restaurants, and fancy cars.
You don't pay a prostitute for sex, you pay her to leave, so you can have a peaceful existence free of the nagging only women can bring to every situation
What an incredible rationalization that we're no better than our dogs.....sexually that is.IndividualFreedom said:

I'm not married, but that still sounds awesome! Which is probably why it should NEVER be legal. We need to be better men and the above would not help with that.Quote:

Is this "excellent point" implying that the bj is for business, and not personal, to help morale, productivity, etc? Was this point made by your boss?hunter2012 said:
I heard an excellent point that if sex work is just work then bosses should be able to ask their underlings for a bj, it would be the same chore as asking for a cup coffee, or run this copy, or send this email. Ironically, I don't think feminists would like this idea.
You've just described how things work in Europe, Asia, Australia and most of the rest of the world. Its just the US that makes a huge deal out of it for whatever reason.IndividualFreedom said:

Unfortunately the brokenness of men will drive most of our major societal ills, from the breakdown of the family to abortion to paid sex.
I never said, I would partake in the fictional storefront. I take my vows seriously. But for some fellas, the In and Out quick release joint could prevent a messy divorce after the 20 year marriage introduces the affair because the wife turned things off after the kids were born.Quote:

If it helps to stabilize certain family structures and certain martial relationships why wouldn't there be support?IndividualFreedom said:I never said, I would partake in the fictional storefront.
