In view of all the stupid decisions and damage being done, I think it's likely the Executive Branch has no leadership, just a fragmented bunch of uncoordinated, fragmented bunch of incompetent liberals left over from Obama & Clinton, that have no advanced real world experience, or common sense etc , resulting in the discombobulated state of our country.
