I'm going with male to female transition and he (she?) saw her ex girlfriend (boyfriend?) twerking naked in the middle of the street in front of a bunch of little kids and got really jealous

Have to admit that I read "his partner" and had to read it again. My sincere apologies to the police officer and Razor.

The recent uptick in the use of partner to describe legitimate spouses nowadays.....interesting times.
