It is illegal to execute a pregnant women on death row. So, let's go through some mental gymnastics here.

Let's say that death row inmate had murdered someone but she loved the baby inside her and wanted it to have a life outside the womb.

Argument with a pro choicer..

"That's a ridiculous theoretical and such a small percentage it's not worth arguing"

You mean like how rape is used to validate all abortions?

"Well I'm anti death penalty,"

Because you believe life is precious or just the life of a murderer (someone who took the life of another)?

"No don't be ridiculous, it's because the baby shouldn't be held responsible for the crimes of the mother."

Oh, because the baby is not the mother's body?

One of the reasons the Left loved Roe so much was it allowed them to avoid having real debate on abortion and what should and should not be legal. The arguments simply don't hold up well with any real evaluation.
