Some smart person get on here and make sense of these food plant fires.

Maybe someone with a statistics / actuarial background that can reassure all of us that its not significant and everything is fine.

NFPA says this is normal. You're just paying attention now.

https://www.factcheck.org/2022/05/unfounded-claims-about-frequency-and-causes-of-food-plant-fires/

Quote:

For example, she said, the annual averages of fires that have occurred in the U.S. between 2015 and 2019 are as follows:

All manufacturing and processing facilities: 5,308
Agriculture: 961
Grain or livestock storage: 1,155
Refrigerated storage: 35

This is fires of all types, but if only .5% of these results in a large or total loss, you're still looking at roughly 3 per month.

Overall, McKelvey said, "fires happen more often than people think."

There may be more food processing plants than people think, too. The U.S. had a total of 36,486 plants as of 2017, the most recent year for which there was data from the Census Bureau, according to a post from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

There's also a lot of facilities.

We have never had a more sick president. He sold his moral compass to the Chinese and now is so lost he will do anything he can to take us with him. Sorry sir I'm not going to hell you are.

i guess i am paying attention because it sure looks like a lot more red and yellow than the other colors and those coincide with the last 18 months. so definitely nothing to see here it has been explained away.

Because that is a user made map titled, "Manufactured Famine," that is by no means comprehensive. It only shows the data the anonymous author loaded into it. You see a lot more red and yellow because they simply left out a lot of stuff that didn't fit their narrative.

ETA:
This is nothing more than a half truth from some internet rando that has about as much credibility as a flat earther or some idiot who thinks birds aren't real, but since it's a map on the internet gullible people won't even question it.

Don't be surprised if Bill Gates is behind these. He's bought up so much farmland it's really scary and I wouldn't put it past him.

I don't know how he ever became some kind of expert on anything other than computers but the man is pure evil

This just isn't true. As of 2020 he owned 242,000 acres of farmland. Is that a lot? There's apparently 913 million acres of farmland. He owns nothing in the grand scheme of things.
The federal government was never meant to be this powerful.

Smithfield is owned by the Chicoms, so I don't really mind them not expanding.

I don't know. I'll have to do a little more research on it. The way they turned to him during Covid though was frightening. And his involvement in the vaccines and maybe even the original Wuhan situation is very sketchy. I don't know how this man became an expert on anything except for computers.

And he is a huge pusher of the climate change hoax crap.
Just a full-blown liar on it.

I just have a really bad feeling about him. If I'm wrong so be it. but we will see.

I have no problem with people questioning me or even mocking me on it. I could be completely wrong.

A lot of the stuff that people said about Covid and the Democrats has come true. Hell even most of the stuff Trump has predicted has come true and the media and Democrats laughed at him.

And the same people on this board were telling us that we were all conspiracy theorist.

Only time will tell.

So where is the evidence of sabotage? Who are the saboteurs? Any arrests or confessions?
