Nah, they do this over and over again. About 5-10 come down with it and post the same message about how they're thankful for the vaccine and that you should get vaccinated, etc.Stat Monitor Repairman said:
Theres been a string of dem politicians and public figures coming down with covid and doing the covid dance.
You got to admit there was a sting of them where there wasn't before, even during 2020.

I wouldn't be surprised if many people have had it. It's a cold basically. I kind of think I had it in December 2019 now because I had a cold that wouldn't go away easily. If I've had it since then I'm not aware of it nor do I care. Since I'm retired I don't have to do any testing or anything nor would I. That's where many of the problems came from as people testing for it all the time.
Once they couldn't scare people with the initial messaging, then they started trying to scare them with number of cases. Number of cases rising. But they rise and then they go right back down. It's insane.
And we still have large states, cities in this country still wearing masks, I have to wear them to medical facilities, etc.
I saw dateline the other night that was talking about some case that was being tried in Oregon I believe and the judge prosecutors defending everything we're still wearing masks. This trial took place in April 2022.
It's all BS.
Well, we are in the middle of the "5th wave" and cases in Texas are surging rapidly and hospitals are once again filling up with patients.annie88 said:

That is pathetic. Just pathetic.
I think a lot of the Covid idiot people truly believe this. I think they think that we're all going to die, still.Rapier108 said:Well, we are in the middle of the "5th wave" and cases in Texas are surging rapidly and hospitals are once again filling up with patients.annie88 said:

Soon there will be bodies in the streets and the hospitals will be at 150% capacity, all virus patients.
And yes, this is sarcasm for those who don't grasp the concept. (Not you Annie, but someone always thinks its a serious comment.)
I think there has to be a number of people out there who just have some sort of natural immunity. You hear about men whose wives caught covid, they continued to sleep in the same bed and did nothing to quarantine, and still the husband doesn't get it. Or you hear about a mom whose child got it, the mom was the caretaker but she never caught it. For how contagious this thing seems to be (and I do think it's probably pretty contagious, though not nearly the death virus we were originally led to be), it makes little sense that people who never hid in their houses like a hermit never caught it.FireAg said:

I have O+ blood types and supposedly have natural immunity to covid
Doctors and nurses who have worked with these patients since day 1 and never got it, nor do they have antibodies to it either.A Net Full of Jello said:I think there has to be a number of people out there who just have some sort of natural immunity.
