Pretty soon we'll have:
"Do you take this person who menstruates as your life partner?"
Somewhere along the line intellectuals who prided themselves on being "enlightened" and who questioned everything (which is fine up to a point) went so overboard in out-enlightening each other that now to them and their followers there are no facts, there's no common sense, and there's no reality.
Everything is just this amorphous blob of whatever your feelings decide it is in the moment. There's no right or wrong, there are no definitions, and judgment of any kind is the worst form of behavior because it implies some sort of confidence in reality. And the "smart" people know better than that.
So now we have "people who menstruate" and supposed adults who can't recognize a woman without being a scientist and men competing in women's sports. All in the name of being smarter than the rest of us closed minded troglodytes.
