1. Only net taxpayers get to vote
2. No automatic witholdings from your paycheck - you have to write a check weekly or monthly to the IRS for your tax burden.
3. No bill can be presented without first establishing the section and clause of the Constitution that theoretically gives it power.
4. Every bill must be on its own merit - no attaching crap to the back end of a bill that would otherwise never get passed. Bills must be less than 10 pages in length, must be written in lay terms and must be posted for public view and comment for a minimum of 30 days before going to vote.
5. Bureau offices are moved out of DC and located more closely to the areas they serve (example - farm bureau is moved to someplace like Nebraska). In theory this might weaken some of the coziness that has created the swamp.
6. Incentives to government agencies for saving money are implemented - it's time the government didn't run like a bloated bureaucratic cancer. Wholesale reckonings are needed where agencies must lobby to justify their existence to the taxpayers
7. Any and all perks of congress end immediately. No special health care plan, no special retirement outside of the rest of the government employee retirement funds - nada.
8. Tarring and feathering in public comes back for public officials. I'm not joking. There needs to be accountability and a healthy level of fear in every single public office.
9. Voting in person. On paper. You show ID, dip your finger in ink after. Absentee voting should be fairly painful to navigate so that it is reserved for only those that truly need it. If voting isn't important enough for you to get to whatever voting location is close to you, show your ID and vote in person - then it wasn't important to you to begin with. All mail in ballots should be burned without ever being opened, much less counted.
10. Deploy troops to the border to stem illegal immigration. Zero benefits to illegals. The 14th should not be applied int he manner it is currently. The 19th needs to be repealed and state senates need to go back to appointing US senators so that state elections have higher criticality and consequences.

1. Term limits for elected positions. It pisses me off when I hear about a congressman or senator being in office longer than I've been alive.

2. You don't pay taxes, you don't vote. Have some skin in the game.

3. Bye bye birth right citizenship. No more running across the border with the kid halfway hanging out and it getting US citizenship.

4. ID required to vote. Don't have an ID and want to vote? Should have taken care of it prior to election day. Get your ducks in a row before the next election.

5. No money sent to foreign countries while we're running a deficit.

6. When you turn 18, everyone gets 24 months of welfare to use throughout their life. If you fall on hard times and have to use 6 months of it, you know have 18 months left. You have the opportunity to "buy" those 6 months back when you get on your feet by paying back what was given. Everyone also gets the same amount. No more popping out kids to get more. Put the dick down.

7. No elected official can trade any stocks or funds while in office.

8. While in office, elected officials should get their healthcare through the VA.

9. As others have said...end automatic witholdings. Let people understand exactly how much tax they pay.

10. Change the education system as it is. No more "everyone should go to college" push that we have. During a student's sophomore year, they're given a test to determine which track they should be on. There will be a college track and there will be a trade track. If your test score puts you on the college track, you continue high school taking traditional classes. If your score puts you on the trade track, you choose which interests you have and most of your classes are around learning a trade, so when you graduate, you're able to be licensed/certified in your trade (plumber, welder, HVAC, ASE, etc). This doesn't mean someone on the college track couldn't learn a trade or someone who is on the trade track will never get an opportunity to go to college. But the mindset of everyone has to go to college and you'll never be successful if you don't needs to change.

When you turn 18 and fill out your voter registration card, you have an additional question.

As a taxpaying citizen, please choose only one of the following tracks (note: this decision is firm and final for the rest of your life):

[ ] Community track - share services and responsibilities with other members of your community. Expenses covered with a higher tax rate (typically 25-40%).
[ ] Pay-as-you-go track - you only get the basic services like usage of roads and the protection of the military, but all other services must be paid out of pocket (example: healthcare, public schools). Expenses covered with a fixed 5% income tax rate.
