It simply has no real effect one way or another and seems to be simply supply and demand. Enough people purchasing homes now don't care or want the term used. I'm this context changes nothing to stop using the word and continue making money. As usually the most fervor comes from the anonymous, keyboard warriors through their computer screens who this type of change has no affect on what so ever.
