Watching the USFL and there was a Bank of America commercial featuring a black woman checking her ESG score! What the heck! I bet most people had no idea what that commercial was about. I've never seen one myself. Damn socialists.
ESG is an outrageous scam!

Shame on @SPGlobal

I work for Big 4 that does ESG readiness and I still have no clue how they measure it. I assume Exxon is on there for the S and G. On the E, I guess it's a matter of them having a plan to do less environmentally "hazardous" things the ESG czars don't like? Seems to be a really silly relative exercise.

I work at JPMorgan. See internal emails weekly referring to ESG. That's an auto delete for me. Eff that.
A person can get an ESG Score ? ? ? How do they do that ? ? Is there a formula ? ? ?Quote:

Just spit-balling here, but maybe the next time your vehicle needs an oil change, do it yourself and pour the used oil into the nearest street drain. Post a bunch of pro-Trump stuff on every social media platform.PaulC_80 said:A person can get an ESG Score ? ? ? How do they do that ? ? Is there a formula ? ? ?Quote:

Can it go Negative ? ? I will do my best to get a Negative ESG Score if it can be a Negative. I just need to know how.

Her's or BoA's? Massive difference.
The latter is common. Anyone that invests can see an ESG score for most any company in whatever investment platform you use. Click on company and look in analysis or research and you will see it.
If former, then we are China right now. Arm up and get ready for war.
So her own personal score then? That isn't dumb; that is 1984 frightening and everyone needs to arm up.TAMU1990 said:YouBet said:TAMU1990 said:

It was a Bank of America commercial. Stupid too. It was a black teacher on a field trip to a museum (yeah, right) with her students and she checks her ESG score on her phone. It was dumb. If I didn't see the phone I would of have never known what the heck the commercial was all about. The phone showed her logging in and reading her score. It was in the green because she was "good".
I meant the context of the commercial. It was nothing to do with any "product" from BOA. It was dumb because I had no idea what the commercial was about UNTIL I saw her checking her ESG score. That's when I got on Tex Ags because that part was not good. It was little shocking.YouBet said:So her own personal score then? I wonder if this is them subtlety laying the groundwork. Start marketing crap like this and get people normalized to it so that when it actually happens people just accept it.TAMU1990 said:I meant the context of the commercial. Like I said - most people would have no clue what it was about. The commercial checked the woke boxes - black teacher taking a class to a fancy NY style museum. She was watching her kids and pulled out her phone to check her ESG score. It showed it as a half pie chart - left would be red and the further to the right it went it was green. Of course her score was good.
