My issue is with our government handing it out like skittles, not Musk taking it. Besides we got way more bang for the buck with SpaceX than we've gotten out of Boeing. Same with Tesla vs GM. He's also employing thousands of Americans and making huge investments with that capital.

I don't know where you get the idea that assault requires unwanted sexual contact, but that is not correct. Assault can be simply a credible threat of physical violence.

It is true that what Musk is accused of probably fits most definitions of sexual harassment more than sexual assault, but conflating sexual harassment with sexual assault is not an insult to anyone. Sexual assaults usually begin as sexual harassment.
