I went to a speech he gave at a Conservative Rally in Anaheim California in 1976. He was making his first run for the Senate from Utah and was playing well to conservatives around the country. His talk was a stem-winder and he had us all frothing at the mouth and ready to attack anyone to the left of Attila the Hun.
He was elected that fall and entered the Senate as one of the most conservative figures in Washington. Jumping ahead to his last term many years later you can see how Washington changes people. He was bought and paid for by that time and, while marginally better than Mittens, he was most assuredly a leading RINO in good standing with his friends on the left.
So three conspiracy theorists walk into a bar.................You can't convince me that's a coincidence.
