It surprised me too.

Trump was at his best when he he just let the standard Republican platform take over. It was when he interjected himself is when things went sideways and things were LESS Conservative...yet conservatives are convinced he is the savior.

I see some half hearted rebukes of his more liberal policies from time to time but nothing of substance. Normally a quick and simple "Bad Trump". Cruz, Crenshaw, Pence, Rubio, Abbott, Haley, Noem are thrown permanently thrown under the bus for single comments or actions. Critiques of them are seen as justified and expected. They are quickly labeled RINOs, Marxists, evil, etc. Critiques of Trump earn the "liberal or CM" label even if you are a Trump voter.

I just haven't seen that much of a bizarre love for a politician on the Republican side. From the Dems with Obama and Stacy Abrams sure. But Trump gets a LOT more slack from posters than any other Republican politician I've ever seen.

I'm thinking back to Biden's campaign promises and I do see that he's made considerable progress on his efforts to phase out fossil fuels and his talk of stopping the border wall and offering a path to amnesty for approx 30 million illegal immigrants has resulted in the desired mass migration through open borders that he wanted. The several trillions of dollars of currency he wanted to print is well underway so the desired currency devaluation and inflation his voters wanted should make people happy. I don't have a bead on how successful Biden has been on getting more plexiglass to eradicate covid, but for the most part, the 85 million Biden voters should be happy as they're getting what they voted for. Biden's poll ratings should be through the roof, right?
