Another thought....

Why not hire the President of some charity and make them the Asst. Coach? The job requirements are you don't have to do anything and your salary must be donated to the charity. This is the polite way of saying, "NFL, you are stupid." Then you'll have to go out and hire an Asst. Asst. Coach that is a meaningful hire.

I want to see the population of starting cornerbacks in the NFL match the general population. Going to have to fire alot of black players to be able to get that many "coaches on the field with deceptive speed" in the defensive backfield.

All 32 teams will also need to hire biologists to identify whether the new coach is a woman or not.

Why haven't conservative lawyers started a lawsuit about this?

OC is considered a more direct step towards getting a HC position.

Do it, then let the hire know EVERY f$;&;&!; day that they are there because they are the token black guy, Asian guy, woman, etc; piss them off so much that they either quit or complain to someone about being used to fill a racial quota until it goes away.

All 32 of the people that take these jobs automatically signal to the world that they aren't qualified and sacrifice their own integrity by taking the job. No sane human will be able to respect them.

Can't wait until they require a white, brown, and Asian person on the field at all times too!

NFL teams should be required to reflect the demographics of the city in which they reside.
