For anyone who works in a large corporate office or has a LinkedIn account, we all saw the #BreakTheBias BS last week. Where are all these woke companies this week when we are seeing actual bias against female swimmers in the NCAA?
How do you know that bias doesn't exist in corporate America?
1) HR department (gate keepers) make up is often majority women. 2) if there was actual discrimination on people other than whites and men, you'd see court cases and huge payouts.
