I got behind in season 3. The cast is terrible in my opinion compared to previous ST iterations. I think Michael is a terrible character with a terrible supporting cast of wokeness... I mean they are REALLY driving it home. I know star trek to be political and for the most part I can put it aside but when they pull this crap it makes me not want to watch it any more.

Anson mount (pike) of season 2 carried that season in my opinion and am excited for him to have his own series.

Picard is pretty good. However it looks like this season they are going budget friendly as they "go back in time to los Angeles 2024". That tells me they want to save $ on the set(s).

Watch Lower Decks instead. Best ST series being made now, and it's not close.

Star Trek has been awful since Voyager. Don't bother with it.

Star Trek is ruined as a series…their last few shows are pure and utter trash…

Discovery was woke crap from day 1 and I'm glad I never watched it.

The original series was campy, but fun.
TNG was mostly good (season 2 was mostly junk due to a writers strike) and even its worst preachy episodes weren't overtly in your face. (Several attempts we so bad they were laughable.)
DS9 was awesome once it got going by the end of Season 2. Probably the best of the ST series.
Voyager was okay, but well below the others.
Enterprise quickly turned into hot garbage except the occasional good episode and the last two episodes before the finale.

Ugh. I've been watching STD since the start, but it's been hot garbage since the time jump. This season has been particularly eye-roll inducing. Have you noticed that the crew doesn't include any straight white (human) men? Mmmmkay. Presumably they've all been put in internment camps on Planet Abrams.

China had a big hand in the production, financing, and writing of this show. This is just one of China's many tools to degrade our society with propaganda and cultural warfare. Didn't watch it at all for this reason. Everything I have heard about this show is very predictable. Glad I saved all those hours not watching this chi-com backed trash.
