Also any idea what the next step is for Republican Harris County Judge, run off with the top 3?

Van Taylor drops out and concedes runoff.

Taylor is married with three children.

Joya is known as a former jihadist who was once married to a commander for the Islamic State. Tabloids have referred to her as "ISIS bride."

Haha! Seriously though, how can you ask that question? What are people supposed to say? Do you like paying property taxes? No. Would you rather pay income taxes? No.

It's a dumb questions with absolutely no context.
