I'm guessing he is confusing Puller with Pershing, who (although it did not happen) reportedly dipped bullets in pig's blood before executing Moros muslims in the Philippines as a method to induce fear.

Any time there is a conflict and muslims are involved this urban legend is brought up.

legend says that marines would bury moros (philippine muslims) with pigs, chesty was in the philippines. Moros were also supposedly the reason the US military dropped the .38 and adopted the .45 as a combat sidearm.

You guess wrong. Chesty was in the field in the philippines, Pershing was commanding and was a proponent of "winning hearts and minds" strategy.

You realize it's Azov doing this right? Azov are literal neo Nazis and yes I mean that, not the leftist definition of neo nazi. They use the iron cross and the swastika regularly.

Heh never thought I would see Texags siding with white nationalists but here we are. Kinda interesting that they are fighting for a country with a Jewish president. Though I guess it's more accurate to say they are fighting the Russians as a Ukrainian separatist group that often was fighting the Ukrainian government.

Azov is about as dangerous and well organized as the Chechens.
