So instead of fessing up to their tragic mismanagement, they allowed more people to needlessly die....

The American people were manipulated and turned against each other to hide government mismanagement, while many died unnecessary deaths due to suppression of early treatment options. Countless workers had to choose between losing their jobs or being coerced into accepting a medical treatment Covid vaccination they preferred to refuse. Businesses were disrupted, closed, and harmed, and the fabric of American society was deeply scarred.

To add insult to injury, on Feb. 7, 2022, the National Terrorism Advisory System issued a bulletin summarizing a new terrorism threat to the U.S. homeland which included "false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM)." According to Biden's Department of Homeland Security, the justification for this statement includes "widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding … COVID-19." So those with a second opinion on the pandemic are now suspected terrorists?...

A time of reflection and reckoning is coming, as the Canadian trucker strike proves. The Biden administration and the rest of the Covid cartel must stop dividing America and abusing its awesome powers. The path forward should be obvious. Granted, Trump was all in on the vaccines but he also was in full support of therapeutics and was mocked by the press and Democrats for it.

He also built emergency hospitals in many cities and brought a hospital ship to NYC. Instead of using these resources to save lives Cuomo sent sick patients to nursing homes to up the death count.

Trump was all in on the vaccines, skipped trials, and gave the companies immunity from legal actions. He never mandated the vaccines or said that children should get them or promoted vaccine passports.

Vaccines probably were the correct decision for high risk groups. The idea that everyone needs a vaccine especially after mutations reduced the vaccines effectiveness, and ignoring natural immunity was insane. This insanity lies 100% on the Democrats and their arms of propaganda.

One thing I don't understand is why he put Pence as head of the task force instead of Carson. He literally had one of the leading surgeons in the country in his cabinet but put him in charge of HHS. It's baffling.

Let's have a payout audit. I think the public would like to know how their money was spent. All the red crosses and the systems they serve that benefited, let's have some financial transparency to help determine if incentives influenced behavior.

I agree. Yeah, he mentioned therapeutics - and was mocked - but never took any official action. He could have initiated trials. He didn't. By the time Biden came in, it might have been too late for Biden to do anything about it, had they shown promise.

I have been conflicted about Trump's vaccine stance. I totally agree that he pushed Warp Speed, therapeutics, and choice.

Looking at it in the rear view mirror, I see Trump being in a weird position. If he forced the typical non-expedited FDA review, we'd still be in lockdown because of the absolute fear that grips so many liberals and specifically their power hungry politicians.

Flip side is what we saw Trump actually do. Push all of it forward and let people make their own decisions.

If the Big Pharma companies, Fauci, and others hid or manipulated data, that is the true crime.

Trump pushed for therapeudics in a big way but it's damn hard to force studies when the CDC and Fauci are opposing you. There were studies done as well. In the end Trump isn't a Doctor and this wasn't his specialty, he relied on the experts around him to be honest with him and to follow his orders, they often didn't. I suppose you can blame him for not firing everyone but damn that's reaching.

I am still glad my 84 year old Mom got vaxxed. She is very high risk. I don't think anyone is saying we should not have tried to develop vaccines and offer them to those who wanted them, especially those who were most likely to die if they got Covid. The issue has always been about mandates and to a lesser extent pushing the vaccines (which are experimental) on low risk folks and especially children. My 15 year old who has had Covid has no logical medical reason to have a vaccine.
