As stated elsewhere above, the American left, notably both Biden and Obama, have directly worked to enable/empower Putin, and to weaken America's deterrent position in Eastern Europe.

In no way shape or form should we support some sort of insane 'no fly zone' which would lead to a shooting war between the US/Nato and Russia. Given Biden's history of always being wrong in foreign affairs, and being desperate domestically, I can envision him supporting this when he wakes up later this morning/week, and it is not unpatriotic to pray that it doesn't happen.

Putin is a dictator ("freely elected" dictator). He supports terrorists (se his support for Iran). As mentioned here, he's killed his own people. He is a bad actor on the world stage. He's doing everything he can to destabilize the dollar as the de facto world currency. His actions in Ukraine have impacted us ALL financially. A fractured Europe, like it or not, hurt us all economically. Again, like it or not, Europe is our closest and strongest ally on the world stage. The US walking away shows weakness and creates a vacuum. Nature abhors a vacuum. Someone like Putin will fill it.

Yes, Biden is an awful President. Yes, most of his and the Dems policies are idiotic and damaging. But we can, and hopefully will, correct a lot of that in the next election.

I don't think anyone who's seen Putin as evil for the entirety of his time as leader of Russia is shocked that he's doing what he's doing.

What is interesting is to see those who seem to do everything they can to not call him what he is, which at the minimum would be a autocrat/dictator bent of invading foreign countries for no reason than because it suits his personal want, regardless of how many innocent lives are killed in the process and at worst, just evil for the sake of being able to be.

I can't see anyone that is moral, ethical, or just a decent human being, thinking that Putin is doing a good thing by invading Ukraine. At least anyone in a country outside of Russia.

Much like Memes, the left knows absolutely no nuance beyond the words actually spoken. They are so incredibly shallow themselves and can't see any depth or meaning under the surface. Which is ironic, because all the lefties I know thing they are so deep and philosophical, but have so little understanding of reality. It's because they can only see the world as they wish it to be.

Everyone in the world knows Putin is a bad guy. Even him. He cares for nothing besides rebuilding the "glorious" Russian empire.

Energy is our lifeblood in the 21st century, as much as food, clothing and shelter. It is what delivers so effectively and efficiently those three basic human needs. In ONE YEAR, we have gone from being energy independent to not only not being energy independent, but losing net exporter status. This is Biden's doing. Look how screwed Europe is now for depending on Putin for energy.

So, Putin is a terrible guy. But right now, for the U.S., Biden and the left are a far bigger threat to the U.S. than Putin sending troops and lobbing bombs into a neighboring country.
