I'm 15 min in, and am torn…I can't stand the dialogue, but I know the leftists are going to end up skinned alive. Anyone else watch? It's on Netflix.

How many times has this and Little Women been rebooted and when are we getting a mashup of these two?

The Little Texas Women Woke Chainsaw Massacre
Reminded me of the Rogue One Vader scene. I had to rewatch to see if it was a tribute.JB99 said:
The bus scene was pure bliss. Nothing could top that so I quit watching After that.
I actually read that and abandoned it. I bought it at the world-famous Powell's bookstore in Portland. Even with zombies that book is trash.Rex Racer said:rwtxag83 said:YouBet said:

The Little Texas Women Woke Chainsaw Massacre
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies was entertaining, so why not?

This isn't a spoiler, this is all laid out in the first 10 minutes, watch it. A bunch of hipsters from Austin decide to buy a ghost town and turn it into their own Marfa. Little do they know one of the town's residents is Leatherface. They decide to force him and his mother out of their home in order to proceed with the auction, big mistake. Does it have bad Texas country stereotypes? Yes. Does it have gun stereotypes? Yes. Is it filled with hipsters being ripped apart by chainsaws? Yes. There's seriously a scene where the hipsters all pick up their phones in unison and tell Leatherface he'll be cancelled if he tries anything, how do you think it works out for them?
Seriously, it's mindless fun if you enjoy a good slasher movie.

So, is it a comedy or are they being serious?

I may have to bear the rest of the movie just for herMr. AGSPRT04 said:
Nah, that commercial is more of a Scary Movie-esque, over the top spoof.
This movie has an identity crisis of sorts, a horror movie that lacks suspense, and that makes almost all its victims unlikeable except to a very woke audience. Whether this is by design or not is hard to tell.
As far as sympathetic victims, I think Jessica set the standard that all others are measured against.
I'll spare you the disappointment if that's the motive. Jessica was in the 2003 TCM flick, not the 2022 one.Savior Jimbo said:I may have to bear the rest of the movie just for herMr. AGSPRT04 said:
