During my first analytics class for my MBA, when we got to this, we had a guy that would find the most absurd correlations on the planet. I can't remember where he got them, but he could easily throw out 5-8 per class.

Ridiculous stuff like the number of camels in Egypt versus ice cream cones sold in Amarillo. That wasn't one, but they were that absurd, that "correlated" graphically, and a thing of beauty. No, we wasn't just making them up.

Makes sense to me, however it's a self-own because Dems like her made environments that encouraged schools and teachers unions to do remote learning

These shutdowns are in process of creating an even bigger and worse generation of thugs.

If anyone expected Chicago remote-learners to sit in front of their computers for hours they're crazy

It's true. My elementary and middle schooler were all about the carjackings last school year. It's calmed down a lot since then.

But I could see the causation.

That 15 year old looking for a joyride is no longer trying to assault his teacher, he is "at home" (aka the street)

Step 2 will be saying it's Republicans fault your kids aren't in school.

And even though the only Republican in Chicago is Skippy the Dogcatcher, they'll nod their heads and agree completely
