In the 1980s, the accusations that the CIA made crack cheaply available in inner city minority communities was considered somewhat scandalous but I guess we've reached the point of lawlessness that the White House can promote drug use (and the ensuing crime, death, and poverty) as racial equity for underserved communities.

It isn't about votes. Finding the truth out may be nearly impossible, but this is not about votes.

Enacting such a plan in any area will increase crime in general.

*If they were distributing impact drills, and hardware to construction workers or something I'd support it.

Clean needle and methadone programs have been in the inner cities for decades now this is just the next step.
