Just thinking, if the farmers and ranchers started shutting things down for...you know...2 weeks...I wonder how fast action would happen.

Not possible. Tried in the winter of 1978-1979. All it takes is a small percentage of farmers to break the strike.

See "American Agriculture Movement Tractorcade"
Citing an event from almost 45 years ago long with the fact that they drove tractors from across the country is a bit of a stretch. The US is also 50% larger today than it was in 79

I agree. Convoys ultimately will harm good people.
It will, but maybe it will also open the eyes of the idiots that elect bad politicians. In their minds the government will always be there to give them stuff, time for them to realize the government can't and the people they've been voting for negatively impact the real providers in this country

It wasn't a single event. The call was for farmers not to buy or sell or plant, until prices came up, or government did something to raise prices. It had been going on for months before the 'event' of the Tractorcade.

As I said, not all farmers and ranchers are conservative. And most of them can't shut off their income stream for any length of time. There will always be a minority that says "screw you, I'm taking advantage of the high prices caused by your shut down".

Not to mention, most crop sales occur soon after harvest. So the vast majority of farmers sold their last crop months ago. They won't even have a crop to "shut things down" with, for several months.

Winter wheat will be harvested in a few months. Current price is about double normal prices. How many farmers do you expect to hold that wheat off the market because Biden is a fool?

Even more so, their landlords aren't going to hold their share. And the bankers and taxing authorities aren't going to defer their payments, any more than the seed, feed, tractor, and fertilizer guys.
