I was trying to withhold judgment about Crenshaw but that takes the cake. I'm done with him now.

Know who else bemoaned how little they were paid in Congress and even the Senate? Joe Biden.
Same goes for me hawg. This is the perfect example of the swamp bringing people down. These people are not there to better themselves, but to serve their constituents.

It is a fundamental issue of conflict of interest. Kind of amazing that someone would not acknowledge this. Didn't take him long to convert to full swamp rat.

In the news today for sending out mail in ballots. Apparently it's been an acceptable practice and he reports he did it in 2020 also.

Dan doesn't like it when you ask questions about his newfound wealth.

Shawn Ryan is a divisive figure I know, but this caught my eye as Crenshaw has always seemed like a worm to me and time just continues to enforce that initial impression I had of him.

TLDW: Dan is contacting Ryan offline after Ryan is asking how he affords his lifestyle on his Congresscritter salary during a show with Gabbard and Ryan took it in a threatening manner and mentioned it again in a later podcast and Dan lawyered up for defamation. Common "he said, she said" nonsense. I don't really care about any of that though. What I DO care about is someone again asks about Dan and his new money and he gets all huffy and refuses to answer and now lawyers up when the good ole buddy pal approach doesn't work.

This is just another cycle of Congress insider trading BS at it's heart, but figured I'd bring it up since I think several here are in his district and no matter who is asking the question, it IS a damn good question. Just one of those things I seem to care about a lil more than most other topics. If you can enrich a Congressman, you can buy them. The loosest and most obvious "secret" in DC. Absolutely infuriating. Not that it happens, corruption always happens and that is just life, but the fact it is so egregious and yet nothing will ever be done. They truly are a class apart.

The birthday party was obviously a fundraiser; pretty silly to make a point of asking he how he could afford it - the donors/attendees pay for it like every other fundraiser.

The rest of it is ******y though.
