Gore would've had Hillary in his cabinet, and I guarantee that he would've started a war, although I think he would've gone after Suadi Arabia first, and then moved to Iraq. And like every POTUS, save Trump, he loved him some Military-Industrial Complex, no matter how many American lives (troops, etc.) it cost.

The AUMF passed the House by a vote of 296-133. In the Senate, it was passed by a vote of 77-23.
