I've only taken opioids once while waiting on back surgery and that was only because I was in severe, debilitating pain. Even then I slow rolled it.

The only "illegal" drug I would consider is marijuana but even that has been tainted to some degree.

Yep. Street drugs are a life and death crap shoot these days, and unfortunately that includes pills which have much less stigma to them, which leads to folks who may not be as prone to using hard drugs being affected by fentanyl.

Yep, just requested a narcan prescription to keep at home from our family physician and will be sending some to college with my oldest stepdaughter in the Fall. Our kids are "good kids" but in the last few weeks I've heard of two good kids in Fort Worth ODing on fentanyl when they took what they believed to be adderall and I had a family member die from fentanyl in what she thought was a Xanax several years ago. Everyone hopes their kids would never, and I feel the same way. We talk to the kids about the risks of pills fairly regularly, but you just never know.

These are not American companies. You can't judge them as if they were. They don't care who buys their phones as long as someone does.

Having said all of that both of those companies and Amazon announced this year they were shifting at least some manufacturing away from China to Viet Nam. Don't know how much but it is worth noting.
