Yep, you're right. I had just listened to clip from the tweet and he wasn't quoting anyone just saying something about because of the changes he made things were getting better.

According to the prepared remarks he he was quoting the CEO of Walmart. Looks like they put the "end of quote" in the official prepared remarks. Lol. Weird placement for it. The quote was the sentence before.

We've had to have our suppliers reroute ships stuck off the port of LA/Long Beach all the way to New Jersey. Does that count? Absolutely ridiculous that it's come to that and that's the only way to get anything cleared in less than 6 weeks.
