It seems like Russia is probably going to take much of the Dnieper, upto Kiev. Maybe take kharkov, but most certainly the donbass and every coastline territory. All of Ukraines claim to the black sea will be gone = seizing all offshore energy.

Russia doesnt want the headache of west Ukraine filled with stepan bandera lovers. Having a landlocked ukraine is an acceptable end result for russia. That is unless you think Russia is wildly incompetent and ran out of diesel in week 2.

Crimea is 80% ethnic russian and only like 8% ethnic ukrainian.

I was thinking about this last night, but the Ukes need to start capturing as many POW's as possible.

Then turn them into cleanup crews to start dealing with the villages and cities they've destroyed. Work for food, but they're going to be cleaning up all of the destruction. At gunpoint if needed.

It would be very interesting (and potentially productive) to only admit new members to NATO that are spending at or above the 2% GDP goal on defense and to kick-out the country that is spending the lowest percentage of their GDP. If Finland and Sweden were admitted, that would mean that Luxembourg and Belgium could be shown the door.
