Additional article about A No Fly Zone…. Seems like if it happens it won't be from the US, this article explains that and it makes some sense45-70Ag said:Former top NATO military commander on the possibility of a no-fly zone over Ukraine: “Are we going to sit and watch while a world power invades and destroys and subjugates a foreign nation?”

“Are we just going to sit and watch?” https://t.co/pXPn0lc1LL
I totally agree … my thought is that NATO / EU said let's leave the air space open and give the Ukraine more jets so they can use them to take out the Russian mechanized armor ( and give them our AWAX targeting info). Plus they gave them more stingers to take out the Russian planes / copters … this is a calculated move at this time, they could change it but Russia is losing more aircraft than the Ukraine is so leave it open, sucker them in and take them outNorCal said:
I get the point. Very cowardice point of view, NATO could enforce such a NFZ even without US planes in the next week.
Again this morning a notable absence of Russian jets from the skies over Idlib. Not going to speculate.

New joint Turkish-Russian patrol around Kobanê should be coming up this week. Imagine it’ll be a bit awkward again. But the soldiers know each other so I’m sure they’ll be fine.

NATO puts up a no-fly zone and the next step is direct engagement with Russia.
Putins already invaded a sovereign nation. Do we think he's gonna flinch at a direct engagement with NATO?
Is the mf'er all in?
Its gonna be up to the Russian people to put a stop to this.
Thats the only way out without a mass conflagration.
I think we'll know this week.
I'm not optimistic.
