John Colin Hacker, 37, has been indicted by a Multnomah County grand jury for felony third-degree robbery. The charges stem from a May 7th, 2019, Antifa mob attack on Andy Ngo. Hacker allegedly stole Ngo's cell phone.

Andy Ngo is an openly gay reporter, who's parents are from Vietnam. He has been the victim of Antifa mob attacks twice. He is the author of an expose on Antifa called Unmasked.

On June 4th, 2020, Ngo filed a lawsuit against Rose City Antifa for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Hacker is named as one of five individual defendants.

Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has been accused of refusing to prosecute Antifa and BLM rioters in the past. People are asking why it took over two years just for Hacker to be charged. Also, why haven't the other known attackers been charged?

30 months to charge this?

Better late than never, I guess.

They must have waited until Trump was out of office, to avoid giving him any ammo against Antifa

Why does it matter if Andy Ngo is gay? Does that add to the story? Was he attacked for being gay or was it because he said true things that angered the Antifa ****s?

"CBS now has primary evidence that Andy Ngo is a gay racist with ties to Vladimir Putin. I created it myself with the help of the FBI."

It goes against the white cis fascist narrative antifa "stands" for, so I'm all for it.

Pro-tip: Don't fall asleep while driving a truck on your way to make beef jerky, because you might end up turning yourself into jerky.

Quote:

Days before his 19th birthday in February 2003, John Hacker was heading to his night shift at a beef jerky plant in Oregon when he nodded off behind the wheel of his side saddle truck. He jerked the wheel to stay on the road, but veered into a guardrail.

The impact left Hacker virtually unscathed, but he was horribly burned by flaming gasoline. A co-worker driving behind him rolled Hacker on the pavement to put out the flames. A police report said that when the officer arrived, Hacker "was lying several yards to the south of the vehicle and was still smoldering."

Burned on 85 percent of his body, Hacker was kept in a coma for weeks to avoid the excruciating pain. He awoke to find parts of his fingers gone. He waited some time before looking in a mirror. "I guess my heart dropped on that one," Hacker said. "I'm a freak now," he recalled thinking. "How are people going to look at me?"

Lingering physical effects include fragile skin that tears easily. Hacker said he has experienced a spiritual awakening that has helped him deal with the emotional scars. Once seriously involved with drugs, Hacker said he has turned that around and is in training to become an alcohol and drug abuse counselor. Spiritual faith, he said, has made "me really grateful for a lot of things I do have."

Also, has made the news several times. Previously arrested while protesting in Portland. In the article he complains that "his" phone was confiscated and never returned.

Virtually unscathed yet burned over 85 percent of his body? I guess we have different definitions of unscathed.
